THIS IS THE END. For Techno Nacht we're handing Silent Studios over to the heavier end of the spectrum, with Germany's JANEIN joining Henao, Baker and Fer Cantor for eight hours built around proper, heads-down techno. JANEIN comes to us from the German underground, with a sound that's raw, hypnotic and atmospheric without losing the drive that keeps a dancefloor moving. Around him we've put together a local lineup that can take the room there properly, building from deep, rolling territory into tougher rhythms and the kind of late-night techno that makes considerably more sense at 3am than it does during daylight hours. No frills. No need for them. Final call, the curtains are closing.
